Dan was great to work with...at first. Owner stated he would send more photos of the fifth wheel after the reservation was made. I never received any more photos even after asking him again at a separate time. Then the big one... I received notification 6 days before my reservation was set to begin that Dan had canceled the reservation himself. I politely asked him what this was about about and he stated it was in fact true and that he had sold the fifth wheel to someone else. Unbelievable and unacceptable if you ask me. You have a person that has already paid in full a month in advanced and 6 days before a reservation begins you sell it? Shows you the type of person he is I guess. One last thing, I reached out to him to see if he'd be willing to help find another rv for me to rent because of his kind act to sell his and he of course didn't respond. Remember his name and do not book with Dan. Hopefully he does us all a favor and stops using this site. Thanks for reading, hopefully you don't ever have to experience what I have had to.
