Aloha! We are Jen and Joe Pavsek! Originally in Hawaii but now based in Apple Valley, CA We are owners of Mauka to Makai RV Renovations. We make RVs and Vans beautiful! We understand that not everyone wants to own a RV so we decided to branch out into renting. We are calling this Mauka to Makai Adventures. Mauka to makai in Hawaiian means mountains to the sea. Joseph and his wife were very sweet and knowledgeable. The van is beautiful. We wanted a van that had that custom feel instead of the factory manufactured feeling and this definitely fits that. We were able to watch Squid Game on their TV using their Amazon Firestick. It was a great and memorable trip.

We had an awesome experience renting Alohilani and from Joe & Jen who were super responsive and very friendly! It was so nice having all the amenities and the decoration was very cute. Bed was comfy but a little short for my husband (5’11”) but nothing a little rearranging can’t fix :)

We had an amazing experience with Alohilani camper van! Loved the super chic decor and plenty of storage. The shower and kitchenette was a luxury plus. Our favorite part was laying in the comfy bed with the back doors wide open and enjoying the beautiful outdoor view! The van was easy to drive even through some rocky roads. Jen & Joe were very friendly and communicative and made pick up/drop off easy. We highly recommend renting this van for a perfect weekend getaway or a long road trip. Looking forward to renting again for our next trip!

Fabulous experience renting this amazing van. Super cute decor and just the right amount of space for our small family. The tempurpedic bed was fabulous. We loved having storage below bed and pantry storage for all our food. It was super clean and the owners were super friendly and helpful getting us all set up. Pickup and drop off was a breeze. Would definitely rent again!

The Alohilani was homey, cute and exactly what we needed! It provided all the creature comforts like a bathroom with shower and kitchen while still giving that camping experience. She is very nimble, drove more like a car than a truck, and had no problem going up the mountain in the Sequoias. The bed was super comfy, the vent provided lots of fresh air, and we never ran out of power watching DVDs at night. We used the outside shower frequently to wash our legs after hiking, which was very convenient. Also, the pickup and dropoff were very easy - right off the freeway with street parking for your car. Joe was very communicative and easy to get along with. I definitely recommend this van. It was perfect:)
