I am a father of 3. My wife and I have owned RVs for the last 5 years and typically camp 2-3 times each season. We thought it rather then let our camper sit idle the rest of the year that we should allow others to get enjoyment out of it.

We had a great weekend camping in the airstream! Ryan was great to work with and very accommodating when we had some changes in our plans. Very responsive to questions. Went above and beyond for us. Would definitely rent from him again!

Ryan was awesome. He taught me everything to I needed to know about using the Airstream in just a matter of minutes. And the Airstream was amazing. It has that classic look, is in great condition, is well appointed and was a huge hit with my niece and nephew. Definitely recommend this stylish camper!

Think twice before renting from this owner. We were immediately charged for almost all of the security deposit without proof we caused all of the damage or the need for additional cleaning. Further causing issues, he was not on the property when we were required to return the camper so we were not able to do a "return review" with him. The owner claimed he had to dump the black tank because it was ¾ full when returned even though we had dumped and flushed it until it was clear at the campsite. We are paying for two replacement parts when only one part is necessary. We swept the floors multiple times and wiped down all counters but were told it was filthy and were charged a cleaning fee. The 2021 camper, while looking nice, seems poorly constructed and we were assessed for the repairs to flimsy paneling and doors after renting it. We have disputed almost all of the charges yet he has not responded to requests from Outdoorsy regarding these excessive charges. I can honestly say I will never rent another camper from outdoorsy or this owner again.

I am sorry for your bad experience. I have explained the charges to both you and outdoorsey several times and sent pictures of all the damage incured on the camper. I also sent photos of the dirty bathroom, fridge and floors. I have rented my two campers out many times the last couple years and have never had on returned that way.

Ryan was awesome to work with. He was very flexible and the camper is wonderful! I even locked the keys in the camper the first night I had it and he was available to meet so I could grab the spare set. I will be back to rent this unit again! Our family of 5 had a blast! Thank you!

Ryan was great to work with. A few hiccups but he helped get us everything taken care of.
The camper was very clean & comfortable. He hooked us is with Stabilizer bars which made towing great.
Kitchen suggestion: there’s only 1small pot & 1 small pan so bring your own if you are cooking. There’s plenty of silverware & cleaning supplies.
My 3 teen & tweens loved the bigger beds in the bunk house. We brought the XBox ahead of the rainy forecast, the 3 TVs we normally wouldn’t have used while camping, sure came in handy!

Terra and Ryan were perfect hosts. Easily reached and available for any questions. They explained how to use the RV well, we’re easy to work with, and so kind and understanding. The RV was stocked with all the small things you always forget, and we had the best time! I would definitely recommend using Terra and Ryan, we will definitely use them again for our next trip.

It was a great trip! I loved everything about the camper! My grandson and I hated to leave this morning because we were having such a good time and the camper was so comfortable. The idea that so many things came with it that it made it easier to pack. Like lawn chairs dishes pots and pans even cleaning supplies !! Thus was my first time renting and I look forward to doing it again soon !
