Valere was very responsive and quickly answered any questions that we had. This RV is beautiful and big! The pictures don't do it justice. With 2 full bathrooms and a second door leading from outside into one of the bathrooms, it was great to not have to go through the RV when a bathroom was needed. The outdoor cooking area was great and we used the mini fridge out there to hold our drinks and keep them cool for quick access.
