My spouse and I drove the Roadtrek from Orlando to Los Angeles during a one month period. We wanted an RV that's small enough to drive and park in cities, yet comfortable enough for 2 people to live in for a month and we were very pleased with the Roadtrek. Renee was very responsive when we had any questions and the few minor issues we had during our travel were easily solved.

We had to empty the grey and black water tanks the next day. The owner knew very little about the systems advertised, we never figured out how to use the hot water or why the shower drain kept filling up. The van needed to have its flywheel replaced and we were stuck in St. Georges, Utah. The owner did not feel the need to reimburse us for the days that we were off the road. We are currently in claims negotiation for two days rental, hotel and car rental that was not covered by insurance. Good luck if you rent from her.

Renee was very nice to deal with. A very pleasant lady, she accommodated us well for our best pick up and drop-off. The Zion was clean, included was a memory foam mattress topper that was very comfortable. It was great for us to try out the Zion with a beautiful week in the Smokies. We had some problems with a low coach battery, but it did not distract from us having a wonderful trip.

Renee was friendly, pleasant and flexible. Her Zion was sleek, clean, and with a nice layout. Spacious and efficient compressor type fridge. Easy to drive with minimal blind spots. good gas mileage. It was a great experience.
