We camped at a friend's property that had no hook-ups, everything in the camper worked perfectly. Michelle had it cleaned and immaculate for our pickup. She had included everything we might need for our trip, even a coffee maker and coffee. Michelle was very responsive during the reservation through pickup time and answered all my questions. She made our first time renting a very pleasant experience. We will definitely be going to her first the next time we decide to go camping again.
