1) The steps to enter the camper did not work. The owner provided replacements and called someone out to install them while we were at the RV park, which took 4 hours. Once the new steps were installed they were too short to get in and out of the camper so we had to use a step ladder.
2) The RV has 2 tv's but neither TV worked. We purchased a new remote and it still did not work.
3) There was no coffee pot in the RV as I was told there would be.
4) The water pressure never functioned properly.
5) Several times the slides did not work and caused delays in our travel.
6) We were all being shocked when opening the camper door. I assume the person who replaced the step did not ground the wires properly.
7) There was a water leak in the ceiling on the drivers side.
8) The cabinets above the dining table smelled like mold.

It was hard to get in touch with Norman. He was having phone issues. Other than that the RV is as listed. It is a little noisy but everything worked and it ran well. Well worth the money. We took it to South Dakota with no problems and the two old ladies traveling it appreciated the fact they didn't have to be cramped in a small vehicle.
