We’re Joe and Trish Reney—a husband-and-wife team with a passion for the outdoors, family time, and helping others experience the beauty of Wyoming. From hunting and hiking to quiet campfire nights, we’ve always found peace and connection in nature. RV life became our way to slow down, explore, and make memories with our kids—and now we want to help others do the same. After over 20 years of military service and careers focused on leadership and service, we decided to turn our love for camping into a family-run RV rental business. Whether you're a first-time camper or a seasoned explorer, we’re here to help you enjoy a stress-free, comfortable experience. The RV was the perfect size for our family. The handoff was smooth. Joe was very easy to talk to and to even change the reservation to meet our needs.

The bathroom smelled disgustingly bad, like a porta-potty- smelled like old urine and feces. So bad we chose not to even leave our toothbrushes or bathroom supplies in it. It stunk up the RV if the door was left open. There were a bunch of air-fresheners all over the place trying to cover up the stench.

1 Star? LOL wow! Ryan was absolutely the worst renter I have ever had. He called me late at night three times for easy-to-handle issues that I entertained. One time, for instance, he backed up the toilet with tons of toilet paper in the pipe that leads to the tank; I drove 45 min one way to unclogged it for him immediately because he's never unclogged a toilet before, apparently. It was not water from the waste tank because it was clear and I easily pushed it down with a stick. Sad that he couldn't figure that out. He used the public restroooms because where he was staying, Fort Desoto, does not have a sewer connection and he filled up the grey water tank the first night when I told him he needed to be conservative. Total rookie, and didn't listen to any of my advice. There is no septic, what is he even talking about here. I was not in a hurry when I dropped off the RV, I explained everything that needed explaining and was readily available to answer any and all his questions. For instance, when he called me late at night on July 4th because he set off the propane alarm when left the valve open on the outside stove and his wife was yelling at him to call me, when actually it was all his fault; wonder if he told his wife the truth or blamed it on me in the end. I have a good guess on that one. TV works fine; did he expect Satellite TV while camping; that is not in the rental discription; you will get airwaves, however, but he's not one that could probably figure that out on his own, either. He left the camper disgusting and I should have charged more, but I didn't. I don't generally like to charge a cleaning fee if I don't have to, but this guy gave us no choice. No one should have to clean up your or your child's skid marks in the toilet, gross! What an inconsiderate person Ryan is! Don't worry, I won't rent to you again, ever! And yes, you are the reason I had to add a general cleaning fee, disgusting!

I booked Joseph's trailer based on the photos and because the communication was good. But when we arrived at Joseph's house, the trailer waiting for us was really dirty from the outside and looked like it had come out of a coal mine. Joseph gave us a tour of the interior and we immediately noticed that there were dead leaves in the bathroom and that it didn't smell clean. When I opened the refrigerator, it wasn't working because Joseph had forgotten to turn it on. I couldn't check to see if it was working because the battery was dead and the trailer wasn't connected to electricity. For all kitchen equipment there were only 4 plates, 4 forks, 4 knives and 4 glasses. I asked to open the awning to see if it wasn't broken and brown water fell on me. At that point, I decided that I would not take the trailer. We tried to get a refund or compensation from Outdoorsy but were unsuccessful. They only offered us $50.00. I'm not renting from Outdoorsy again.

The RV was perfectly fine. All the 5 star reviews before this post were with the RV in the same condition. Some people are just very particular and that's fine, but there was definitely a communication barrier from the beginning since the renter spoke broken English and I do not speak French. The renter never expressed to me the issues and just took off without taking the RV and giving me a chance to address his concerns. He also never filled out any paperwork to support his claims. The RV was rented the following week with glowing remarks from the another renter ...again.

Short trip locally for 3 days at a State Park. The unit was perfect for our family size 4 plus a small dog. Everything worked as advertised. Owner took extra time to explain all the amenities and the usage of the trailer. Very friendly and understanding of our special requests. I highly recommend Joseph's units and rental experience from him. TT

This Camper is great, we found it to be comfortable, clean and in good working order. My wife and I really enjoyed our trip.
Joseph is outstanding, excellent communication. Had one very minor equipment issue when we got to camp and Joseph solved it for us immediately. We highly recommend this camper and owner.

The towable camper was perfect for our Thanksgiving camping trip. Had to use the heat one night due to the 35* temperature and the heater worked great and kept the family warm.
