Great time celebrating the end of the school year with family and friends.

Owners were great. Setup was done and had a very welcoming feel. Good size unit for 5 of us The mid range rating is due to cleanliness. RV was pretty dirty when we arrived. Nothing we couldn't clean up in about 30 minutes but not what we expected. A quick wipe down would've made a huge difference. Microwave, stove, and air conditioner vents were dirty. Bathroom vent van also full of dust.

Had a great weekend!! Lakin and Shelton were amazing. They made it so easy. Loved the camper. We had plenty of room. Would definitely rent from them again. Thanks guys.

We rented the camper for two weeks July in Pigeon Forge. Shelton did a great job setting up the camper on the camp site lot. He was very responsive in having the air conditioner quickly. I would rent from Shelton again.

Excellent week. Great communications. RV was clean and in good shape. Provided great service and was very helpful at delivery and pickup.

Once in a lifetime experience!

Renting the camper from Shelton and Lakin was a great experience! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in the Gatlinburg/Smoky Mountains area. The camper was very roomy and had all the amenities we needed and more. They were very hospitable and made sure that we had everything we needed to be able to relax and unplug from the busyness of our normal routine. This was exactly what we needed during our vacation. We will definitely rent their camper again when we're vacationing in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge and will recommend them to others!

What a great experience. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the setup moving it from one spot to another. It was move in ready when they were done and everything worked as described. Glad I didn't have to pick it up after our 5 days because it had rained 3 of them and the campgrounds were quite muddy. Don't be afraid to rent from these folks they are great people...Thanks.

Overall this was an excellent experience. Lakin&Shelton were always easy to get in touch with, were more than willing to work with me on scheduling and delivery, and bless their heart they even set up in the rain! I would hands down rent from them again! (Bristol next year? Lol) I can’t say enough good things, the unit was in great shape, everything was in working order, enough room for 4 adults comfortably, they are true to their word. If you’re thinking of renting from them, look no further! These are your people. Thank you so much again guys we had such a wonderful time and y’all made it happen. We’ll be calling you again!
