The transaction with Break on getting the RV was easy. Thr overall experience was terrible. We were told the bed was new and comfortable, it was all in working order. Upon arriving to our campsite we had to repair the jack to level the RV septic system was still full as well as no hot water heater, one burner did not work as well as the propane tank and line had to be replaced out of pocket by us. When calling brek with the issues he was very. We ended up returning the camper 3 days early WITHOUT BEING REIMBURSED LIKE PROMISED! NO TV NO HOT WATER BED IS WORSE THAN A JAIL BED. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS RV FOR MORE THAN ONE NIGHT.

We enjoyed our trip with the camper but more importantly was Brek’s help to get us on the road. We didn’t have the proper adapter for electric and Brek spent extra timing helping my husband hunt around for the right part! Next time we need an RV we hope Brek’s Jayco is available!

Brek was great to work with, and even responded right away during the trip to answer a question. The camper was as good as advertised. The A/C worked great during really hot days. Great owner and camper!
