The same reason that I had to cancel the last booking, my RV is still sitting in the shop 7 hours away from where I live ,and the parts are still on backorders until August 27th due to the national shortage with Ford. The parts were supposed to arrive yesterday, they have been back ordered since July 14th, I was supposed to pick up my RV on August 5th, that's why I accepted the booking for August 10th.

Our RV broke down on the last day of the previous booking, we had to pay for our renters to rent a U-Haul to get home, and had our RV towed to a RV repairs shop near by which was 390 miles away from our pickup/drop-off location, therefore we regrettably had to cancel the next booking. We have tried to help our renters to look for another RV and they did, so it was a good thing.

We rented the RV for a long 16 day trip and drove a ton of miles. The RV drove great even going up mountain elevations. We loved the captain chairs while driving...a big plus vs others we have seen. It was very clean and everything inside was in good working order. We used the space heaters for cold nights (15-30 degrees) and that worked but I would have preferred summertime! The RV is very spacious and has considerable amount of storage inside and underneath the rear. Tom had plenty of video instructions and for a first time RV operator that was very helpful to me. Overall we were very pleased with the RV and owners and would rent from them again.

Thank you Michael for renting our RV. We were very glad that you and your family had a great trip and enjoyed our RV and its amenities. We were also glad that our space heaters did help to keep everyone warmed at night when the temperature dropped down below the freezing point. We learned that it is not just our RV but most RVs are not equipped with furnaces that could produce adequate heating for areas where the temperature drops down below freezing points. Looking forward to seeing you and your family taking another trip very soon. Tiffany

Tiffany and Tom are nice enough until a problem occurs and they need to take responsibility.
We rented their RV for 9 days to go to Zion/Lake Powell/Bryce from Orange County. Unfortunately on the our trip, we ran into 2 serious issues.
1) During transit (meaning on the freeway), the kitchen sink fell from it's mounting. This was day 2 of the rental. The screws and wood were stripped meaning normal wear and tear has damaged the sink or it was a poor design for an RV. (It's an undermount which can't hold any weight, and is supported by 4 screws around the sink, then glued on to the mounting). Since this was a "brand" new 2021 RV, something like this shows poor workmanship. We did nothing to damage the sink and Tiffany charged us $400 for the repair. She deducted this from our deposit.

This was our first RV experience and it was perfect. A hiccup here and there, but Tiffany and Thomas were so kind and responsive and helped us through them. The RV is new, clean and functional. Looks just like in the pictures. Fit my family of 5 comfortably. It was my first time driving such a large vehicle but they even took the time to help me get the hang of it. I told them I would absolutely consider Tweety again in a future trip!

Decided to get away on Labor Day weekend,
I rented Tiffany's RV, and it was a pleasant and memorable trip

I had a great experience dealing with Tiffany the owner. She is very friendly, easy to communicate and responsive. The RV is in great shape and the listing is very accurate. My family and I went to Yosemite for the first time and this was the perfect RV for making great memories. We will rent again from Tiffany. Thank you.
