About Jacob

Hello! We're a family of four that have always enjoyed outdoor activities. 2020 was the year we decided rather than being cooped up all summer we bought our first RV so we didn't have to continue to rent others to experience the great outdoors. For this year, we're not hanging up the keys to the RV trailer but extending the opportunity for others to experience the RV life. If you like the RV we have, I invite you to RSVP sooner the better because any available periods my family and I will also be using it.

We had an excellent experience renting this RV! The owners were wonderful to work with. They delivered the RV to our site, set everything up for us, and took the time to walk us through how everything worked. Their instructions were clear and helpful, which made us feel comfortable and ready to enjoy our trip. The RV was clean, well-prepared, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The owners went above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free. We highly recommend renting from them and would absolutely rent from them again!

Great sized trailer for a family of six, four humans and two large dogs. Very easy hookup and detailed explanation of the trailer’s features. Floor plan was perfect with the two bunks at the back of the trailer.

This is our 3rd year renting Jacob's RV. We keep coming back because of the great communication, flexibility, and quality of the RV. It has everything we need for a great family outing. One thing we did different this year was try the linen service, which turned out to be a great choice for our family as we had all the towels, sheets, pillows, and blankets we needed (such a pain to pack all that stuff!). We are always sad when it's time to go, but I look forward to renting this RV again next year!

RV was in great condition. Stocked with the necessary pots/pans/utensils. We had the owners drop it off/set it up/pick it up and it was easily coordinated. We would definitely rent from them again!

Excellent host, walked me through everything to make sure I was comfortable using all the bells and whistles his camper had to offer. I will be booking with him again in the future.

Great communication, made our trip so easy and so fun. THE MASTER BED WAS SO COMFORTABLE!!!!
THe bunk mattress where very flimsy and thin, suggest brings an extra mat to put over them.

RV is in outstanding condition - I usually look for RVs with only a few years on them to avoid worrying about maintenance, but Samuel's RV was in great shape and had obviously been taken care of by someone who is willing to put the time into fixing things properly.(edit to add: Purchased linen package add-on so I wouldn't have to mess with sheets etc - very worth it. Towels, hand towels, pillowcases, sheets - everything - was presented in nicely folded packages for all beds and the kitchen (for the towels). All linens were freshly washed, smelled great, and were in great condition - no holes/rips/stains. I was thoroughly impressed - I don't usually get add-ons when renting - but the linens were definitely worth it.)

We've rented a few RVs via Ourdoorsy, but this one was by far our favorite. RV was clean, comfortable, with everything you need for a great family getaway. The ourdoor fridge and sink was the accessory we didn't know we needed. In addition, Host was helpful, friendly, and communicative leading up to check-in and check-out. Would recommend 100%. Thank you for giving my family this experience!

Jacob was an amazing host. He was very responsive to any questions regarding the camper prior to my trip. Very helpful when picking up as well as returning the camper.
