The owners were so accommodating and saved our trip. The RV was exactly as it was described and was everything we needed. Wonderful to work with!

The whole experience was phenomenal the owners of the RV were absolutely amazing and helpful in every way possible on time super nice went through it with us we had a wonderful time with the kids it fit all of our names it was a wonderful trip and would rent from them again.

Randi and Heidi are very nice and reachable, however, their RV should not be listed at this time... they even informed me at time of DROP OFF that they have a lot of upgrades that need to be done, by that time it was to late to cancel or get anything else without losing out on our money for the camp sit and RV.
Took it out for 3 days and was informed upfront when booking that the canopy did not work. Thats was fine. The day of drop off they showed up with all the drawers staying closed with bamboo sticks. Then they wanted to charge us for a pop up when it really should have been included since their canopy did not work. I just asked that they removed it. Once we were on the road we received a text that,"they forgot to mention that on acceleration and all hills, the AC will cut out but then come back on!" something that should have been mentioned when booking.
They seemed to try to encourage us to use the camp site bathroom, not sure why, but then realized on the first day that the sink had a leak and the shower door did not stay shut when trying to take a shower! Had to use a trash can to collect all water so not to ruin the underneath cabinet. On the second night it was cold enough that we had to use the heater which was so loud that it woke me out of sleep each time it kicked on. It's very unfortunate, because they are very nice people but the RV should not be listed for rental until work is done on it! Through all the problems, not once did they offer any kind of compensation for the inconvenience they caused. A bit upsetting!
