I am a first time RV-er and this is my family's first time RV trip.
I like to read others reviews so I like to give back my experience on other platforms for different type of products/services.
Overall, I will give 4.5 to 5 stars.
Breaking in down, I give Steven 5 stars and 4 stars for the RV.
Since I am 1st time in RV trip, has limited knowledge about RV, so I planned a short trip on it, lots of owners require longer stay/rental but Steven accepted a short trip from a 1st time renter, his customer service didn't fall short, thumbs up!
Steven was extremely patient in walking me through all the detail of the RV - operating, hooking up, etc. I was well educated before hauling the RV out. He was also responsive in replying and explaining when I encountered issues in campsite. I believe this is very common for new RVer and he definitely showed his great customer service regardless of the trip length and how small/big of the issue renter encountered. I hope other owners would do the same in customer service like what Steven provided.
For the RV, I would give 4 stars. Don't get me wrong, it fits our family 2 adults and 2 small kids perfectly fine. It has one slide-out, spacious interior; bathroom was clean. It has a new TV mounted (picture shows none). Overall condition is good, just less than perfect.
