Highly recommend! We had a wonderful experience renting this RV. It was the perfect layout for our family of 4! The RV was very clean, well taken care of and came with everything we needed for our trip. The amount of storage and large fridge/freezer was also a huge plus us!

Great trip! Owners set up everything for us which was great as we pulled into our spot after 9pm. Granted we have done this a time or two before, it was still nice to be so well taken care of. The RV is beautiful and we look forward to using it again in the future.

Despite our poor planning to go through with a vacation during the Texas Blizzard, the RV kept us safe and warm. Joey worked with us and communicated throughout the whole trip, making a possible bad situation better.

This was a great camper and an excellent experience. The owners were very friendly and did a great job of delivering on time and setting everything up. The camper is very spacious and we slept two adults and two kids easily. They were responsive to other reviews and had added a topper for the main bed, which was a nice touch. The bedroom was as big as I’ve ever seen in a camper. This was great!

This is my first time renting an RV and it is as easy as it gets and super convenient! Joe and Steph did the set-up and pick-up. The RV is super clean and smoke free which was nice and everything worked great! The only thing I would have liked to see is extra linens for the pull out couch and recliner. Good thing our family member had extra. Other than that, my sister and the kids enjoyed this RV!

Joseph and Stephanie are extremely responsive and the communication was great! I gave them details of our reserved RV slot down by Garner State Park. They delivered the camper and it was ready to go when we arrived. Contactless and easy, two very essential qualities during these insane COVID times. Considering this was our first RV stay, I thought I had packed pretty well. I agree with the previous reviewer as far as providing a list of supplies goes. I noticed the Keurig without coffee pods as well but brought a French press which I would highly recommend bringing for this kind of trip! I also learned the very hard way that propane gets used up quickly. We used the stove and heat sparingly in my humble opinion but our heat went out in the middle of the night on our last night. Being naive to that possibility for such a short stay, I didn't know what to do and I guess that includes not stopping to call Outdoorsy or the owners. It was late, we were somewhat off the grid, and I don't know that we could have improved the situation much in the middle of the night. That said, there was a small space heater available. So if you are RVing during the winter I guess that's something worth checking before going to sleep. If you are remote and the whole town you're in closes at 7p, maybe bring an extra tank. The bed in the master bedroom was very hard. It was literally like sleeping on a box. I would highly suggest an upgrade on that mattress or another mattress topper at the very least. Overall we had a good experience and fun adventure.

The communication was great! They delivered the camper and it was ready to go when we arrived. Had most of what we needed. I might suggest adding coffee cups since there's a Keurig. Also, maybe a short list of what's stocked in the camper so folks would have a better idea of what to bring. Had problems with the TV soundbar and Joseph offered to come look at it but we were ok with the TV speaker. Fireplace didn't work. The bed was very hard. I would bring a foam pad for extra comfort. Overall had a good experience.

Joseph and Stephanie were very easy to work with. Camper was delivered and setup on time. Camper was what it said it would be. Nice, clean and comfortable. It was nice that they had the TV subscriptions so you could watch movies if you wanted when you where trying to get out of the heat.

Joseph and Stephanie were amazing and very accommodating!! We were unfortunately left without a camper at the last minute when we used another rental site. Fortunately they came through at the last minute and we couldn’t be happier! Their camper is very clean and up to date! Stephanie went out of her way to make sure we had everything we would need for our trip. This family went above and beyond to make sure our family had a worry free weekend! They dropped our camper off ahead of schedule and had everything set up and ready to go when we arrived! It was literally turn key! I highly recommended them!!
