We fell in love with Utah when we first moved here 3 years ago and would like for you and your family to experience the same. I would not recommend renting this trailer. Parth was easy enough to work with, but the trailer is in much worse condition than is represented on the listing. The trailer was not clean when we picked it up, and there was some spilled dairy in the fridge that smelled pretty bad. There was damage to the fridge, cabinets and dining table, which came completely unattached from the posts.

Had a great trip, had some minor incidents happen but the owner was more the accommodating and available through out the whole trip. Great time, will rent again! Highly recommend!

DO NOT RENT THIS TRAILER. The owners did not have it ready when we arrived, so despite spending an hour and a half getting it hooked up and on the road, we had to clean the trailer as it had not been cleaned after the winter. There was broken glass on the floor, sawdust in the shower, and just generally very dirty. The trailer lights have a short and we had to have someone drive behind us the entire trip to avoid an accident or a ticket. The water pump was broken (we suspect it wasn't winterized) and so we had no water the entire trip even though we towed 68 gallons of water to the campsite. When we returned the trailer the owners promised a 50% discount because of the issues, but never actually issued the credit with Outdoorsy. Because of that we are asking for full refund from Outdoorsy. Horrible experience with this one.

Jason, we are so sorry to hear about your experience with our trailer. We can assure you that we do prep the trailer the night before and have it ready to go for our reservations. We apologize if you felt it was not up to standard on cleanliness and have addressed that concern to our 3rd party cleaning staff. We have also serviced the trailer professionally at camping world to address the issue for trailer lights/water pump and they are now working. We offered to have the trailer serviced for trailer lights prior to your departure, however your party declined the offer. We contacted outdoorsy to provide a full refund upon returning the trailer. We can assure you that we do a full safety check the night prior and ensure everything is operating. Unfortunately, technical issues do arise as with anything and we try to handle them at soon as we are made aware. We appreciate and thank you for your feedback. Your full refund has been processed.

We had a great trip using this RV. It was a good size for our big family and did well on our long trip. Parth was good to work with and quick to communicate. There were a few small things that were not in the best condition, but it was normal wear and tear that I’m sure will be fixed before the next renters. Overall it was clean and well stocked. I would definitely recommend it.

It was an awesome trailer to have more room then I thought from past trailers I used. Enjoyed that he made sure knew what the features had before I departed and made sure I didn't have any unanswered questions.

Parth had great knowledge on the trailer and did a good walk through to make sure you understood everything. Even offered beverages in the trailer for you like a hotel. Will rent again.
