This is a great trailer for the price. Even better, Chase is amazing to work with. He was very flexible and kind for me.
One very important thing to make sure you know before you rent this is that this is an older trailer and it shows in many places. That's not to say its bad, its just well used and some things either don't work like they should or just simply don't work. For example the awning is broken, one of the windows is missing blinds, and it has 16 years of dirt on it. For the price though, it is great.

This RV is amazing and some of the best service I have ever gotten from renting a RV. Chase was exceptional and was able to answer every question I had. Everything worked proper and this RV made out trip.

The awning was broken and unusable, the entry steps were bent and did not stow properly, and a window was broken. Chase was very easy to work with, but the condition of the trailer was unexpected.

Kevin, my apologies regarding the negative experience with the trailer condition. We really do strive to deliver a great experience for customers, and I'm sorry we came up short for your reservation. It was a very hectic week for my wife and I as we were both very ill, and she had nursing school finals that week. Whereas this review is public, I do want future customers to know that a phone call was made to you prior to the reservation informing you of my health symptoms and the broken window at that time, and I offered to cancel the reservation without fees. Hindsight is always 20/20, and given how sick I was the week of reservation and how the trailer was damaged by previous rentals, I should have owner cancelled your reservation until the trailer was able to be repaired so you could have rebooked a different trailer for the best Outdoorsy experience. I asked Outdoorsy customer support to change my review for you to 5 stars, and hope we can earn your business again when we purchase additional trailers that are newer. Thank you again for your service to Idaho State Police!
