So I recently started renting the RV because my kids are grown and too busy. I used this RV mostly for weekend trips down the coast, desert getaways, and generally stayed local. So I wanted to both, make a little income & help other people really enjoy RV-omg. We've had so many great memories with this one.

This RV was great for our family trip camping at the beach. The wifi was great for the teenagers and they liked the bunk area. We were a group of 6 and had plenty of room for everyone, lots of storage, and was easy to drive. The awning provided lots of shade and a nice spot for everyone to hang out.

why this owner has this rv listed as instant booking i have no clue. i pressed booked and the owner instantly canceled because hes not renting during covid 19. understandable but he didnt take his listing down and i pressed booked and the site withdrew my money now i dont know if im going to get it back in time to rent another rv. thanks tom!

Tom's RV was a wonderful home to 10 intrepid festival goers from around the world. We were thankful to have a warm, safe place to sleep as we hid from the freak thunderstorm that cancelled most of our first festival night (only 3 songs into Tame Impala's set! Booo!). It was nice and cozy in the RV and everyone had a spot. I'd maybe advise against putting full adult couples on the fold down couch or the table area, though our group managed just fine (none of them were particularly tall hahaha). Tom was very easy-going and let us take our time returning the RV so we could sleep in a little after an exhausting 3 days of music consumption and merrymaking. Thanks so much, Tom! We had a good time, indeed!

Great guy. Excellent communications. Easy going. Would definite rent this RV again. The 4 separate beds in the rear is great for kids.
