We rented the “cabin” for 10’days at Fort Wilderness. We loved that we were able to vacation with our dogs. The cabin was amazing, had everything we needed. The staff that came and assisted with questions and issue were amazing. As first time RV’ers we had the next experience and would recommend to anyone. It’s was a magical experience

My kids loved having the second room to themselves. We were very comfortable. Only thing is I did not find the toaster, don’t know if there was one or not. Brent responded quickly to assist us with the refrigerator. I would definitely like to rent again in future.

Although they delivered the RV a little later than I had hoped, the RV itself was great. The fridge/freezer worked great. The AC cooled the unit. The shower was larger than I expected. There was sufficient room for my wife and me to live comfortably for a few days. It was a great trip.

Everything worked out nicely. From booking the reservation to checking out was a smooth experience. It would be nice to have a choice of a smaller camper for party of 2 to 4. If you do have a smaller camper we would love to rent one in April of 2027.

The rv had pet hair under the bed when we arrived. The tv's worked on n off.

We absolutely loved the RV and having it set up before our arrival. We did have a strong sewage smell when we used the water to wash dishes or clothes. We were actively avoiding that since we were next to the campground bathrooms. So it was from something other than us. I’m assuming that the campers system needs to be cleaned out.

The setup was prompt and explained beautifully.

So happy with our trip I have no thought of anything that could be improved upon. I would say the biggest wins were the condition of the camper and the shear convenience of having you guys do all the heavy lifting. I didn’t feel like I was staying in a used and abused camper and then told I have to do “this that and the other” to give it back to you. For our situation we will most likely use you again for more trips to Fort Wilderness at Disney so whatever you have to do to keep that business relationship going , PLEASE DO!!! :)
