Our trip to Carpinteria State Beach in Viola’s Winnebago was awesome! The RV was kept up nicely and had everything my family and I needed. Viola was a great host and clearly knew her RV like the back of her hand. She gave me a very user friendly explanation of how all the amenities worked, which made setting up and breaking down camp a breeze. Thank you, Viola!!

Viola was very responsive throughout the trip and very thorough to ensure that we knew how to operate all of the functions on the vehicle. It was a nice and cozy experience and the turbo diesel engine got great gas mileage!!!

Viola was great to work with. She took the time to walk us through all the features of the RV and how everything worked together. Very easy to reach by text for any issues. The RV was clean, well kept, and the perfect size to fit our experience. We will be back and hope to rent from Viola again.

Viola is a very friendly, understanding and easy to work person. She is on top of every little detail and she takes all the time needed to explain any questions we had. The vehicle is fantastic, very powerful engine, good set up, very clean. We really enjoyed this trip and happy meting Viola and her husband.

Viola and Robert are wonderful and very good people. My wife and I rented an RV from them for our maiden trip to New Mexico. I will say that Viola and Robert were with us throughout the entire booking process and their communications made everything less stressful, stress-free actually. My wife and I had never done anything like this and never even been inside an RV, so we had a lot of questions. Viola and Robert were quick to return our calls and reply to our messages and provided clear answers that made us feel more comfortable with our decision to go RV'ing. Well unfortunately, as luck would have it (maiden trip and all), our trip lasted about 280 miles or so before an unexpected issue with the transmission came up. We stopped to fuel up and when we tried to drive away from the pump, nothing. It was as if the RV was in neutral. I was concerned but knew that Viola and Robert were one call away. I called Viola and she immediately answered, she asked if I could check the battery terminal just in case the engine's computer was sending an erroneous signal. I did as she asked but it didn't change anything. Viola was "Johnny on the spot" in arranging a tow vehicle to come and haul us to the nearest mechanics shop. The tow truck arrived well within an hour and got us to the shop. The mechanic wasn't familiar with Mercedes engines so they were not able to get us back on the road. I spoke with Viola and she was desperate to get us taken care of and back on the road. After having the mechanic check a few things, it was determined that we wouldn't be going anywhere for a few days due to the mechanical issue. Viola offered to bring us a replacement RV the next morning and I knew she was disappointed that our trip had not gone well. I explained that it wasn't necessary for her to do that and we came to the agreement that my wife and I would rent a car and return home the next morning. Viola and Robert covered the cost of the rental, ensured that we received a full refund for all associated expenses from Outdoorsey, they were even willing to pay for the groceries we had packed for our trip, but we were able to keep them from spoiling so that wasn't necessary, it was just thoughtful that they suggested. All in all, Viola and Robert are great people and took very good care of us, and we like to think that we made new friends. Look, breakdowns happen, there unfortunate, but they do occur and I will tell you, if you happen to breakdown in an RV rental "you better hope it was rented from Viola and Robert as they will make it right. My wife and I look forward to renting from Viola and Robert for our next "Maiden trip".

We had the most amazing time! The RV was great, plenty of room, very easy to use, and comfortable. We had a slight issue with the battery, it died on us twice but jumped back up easily. Viola was SO great, helped us through every issue and sent a mechanic to meet us at our campsite to ensure we had no further issues with the battery.

First things first Viola is one of the nicest RV owners you will meet. The RV was exactly as described and provided a great mobile oasis for myself, my wife, and our puppy. We survived some serious heat and put on about 1,000 miles all seamlessly. If you have a small family and want to be mobile but comfortable this is the vehicle for you! The diesel engine got great fuel mileage and didnt cost us a fortune to travel around. Storage space was more than ample and the on board generator made dry camping enjoyable!

Viola's RV is in pristine condition and doesn't seems like it's from 2006 year model.She is very responsive in communication and very honest person to deal with. We have wonderful experience driving it from California to Texas.
