The RV is not in rentable condition. The generator did not work, the heater did not work, it was not clean when we picked it up, and was full of the owner's things so no room for what we wanted to bring. The sewer was not in good working order and leaked raw sewage. There was mold in the refrigerator drawer, the fresh water (that the owner filled) smelled terrible and tasted like it had been sitting in the tank for a long time. There was no bathroom door for privacy and we shared it with my son and daughter in law and their 18 mo. baby. The weather was too cold to be without a heater. We expect to NOT be charged a cleaning fee and expect some if not all of our money back. This RV should be taken off your website for renting. It did not meet rentable standards and certainly not CDC standards. there is a soft spot in the floor that felt like someone would go through it. We had no heat, couldn't even make coffee and had to rely on the other families and their RV generator just to make some coffee in the morning. This was extremely disappointing and we will never rent from Outdoorsy again.

Jeremy was very friendly and easy to work with however I have a few complaints. Jeremy chooses to leave all his personal stuff in the RV and it literally took my husband and myself two hours to unload all his supplies at home to make room for our things. The Outdoorsy site says the RV has leveling jacks which is incorrect, they are leveling blocks, which makes a big difference when trying to level on a slope. The passenger side view mirror was held together with tape. There was a key broken off in the main storage bin door which we fixed and the screen door was broken. The RV appeared to be clean but after spilling some water on the floor and wiping it with a paper towel, the towel was black!
Jeremy"s RV is a great size for families, spacious and comfortable but he needs to take better care to have it in good shape for his renters.

Thank you for your valued review Terryll... I will make sure to go over the RV better for the next family. Sorry for the trouble on the back storage with the broken key and the mirror, I was going to try and fix it but ran out of time, I thought the 2 side compartments would be good access. I will review the leveling jack issues not sure why it says that. We are also sorry that it took so long to unload the things we provide and I will have to rethink what we include in the rental. Hope over all the trip was great and I wish we could have earned a 5 star review.

We had a great time on our trip from southern California to the Grand Canyon National Park at the south rim. Jeremy's RV has everything you need to make you feel at home wherever you are. He stocks it with tables, chairs, cooking utensils, pots and pans - basically as advertised. It is very roomy. I highly recommend also renting his Segway scooter for quick trips around your camp site. We had a market about a mile from camp and it was great to quickly go grab anything we needed.

We had a great 12 day trip and so glad that we rented this RV from Jeremy. He had is stocked and ready with kitchenware, bedding, outdoor chairs, outdoor table, a fire pit and more. Everything was so easy. By far. the best thing about Jeremy was his quick responses to our texts when we had questions. He was very helpful! We appreciated his attentiveness to everything!

Our first time renting an RV, but Jeremy and his RV made the experience great. Has all the supplies you need plus more to make your trip even better. Jeremy also helped us out with his quick responses during the trip when we had questions about the RV. Definitely a 5 star RV.

The RV was all as advertised - well appointed and well stocked. Everything was operational and it ran beautifully. Jeremy was super easy to work with and communicative, which was helpful for an inexperienced RVer. My family and I had a great time in Jeremy's "tenement on wheels". Enjoy!

Jeremy is a great guy to rent from. His RV is excellent and he is very helpful. My family and I had a wonderful time and I would whole heartedly recommend renting from Jeremy.
