Initially, it was a positive experience. But then lack of follow through and communication eliminated the small dose of positivity. Dirty, no TV in bedroom, broken screens, broken window shades, no outside lights, awning full of water and leaves when opened, clumps of dog hair in loungers and couch, very dirty bathroom, the rig itself rocked side to side disturbingly, 2 very low tire pressures, leaking hoses, NO large outdoor fire pit, dishes consisted of some paper plates and napkins, etc. Caleb never responded to my questions after Tuesday, Nov. 23rd. And we had the rig until Sunday, Nov. 28th. Said he would stop by - never did. Said he would send a mobile mechanic for the exterior lights - never did. No stock of trash bags nor toilet paper. And unsure when he picked up the rig - because I was charged for another night at the park.

William, I’m very sorry you’re displeased with the fact that you couldn’t complain your way into a free trip. If I remember correctly I believe I offered to come pick up the camper the 2nd night of the trip and refund you so you could make other arrangements but you declined because you wanted to finish the trip AND be refunded after I had already discounted you one free night. Most of your complaints are simply untrue so I won’t bother addressing. As far as tire pressure, there was 1 slightly low tire and you did not even haul the camper, I delivered. So unsure how that in any way impacted your trip. As far as being charged an extra night at the RV park, I’ve asked you to provide me proof of the charges so I could reimburse you and you have yet to do so. I think the rest of my reviews speak for the fact that I’m typically very easy to get along with. You and your daughter were by far the most unpleasant renters I’ve ever dealt with. Your business is not welcome back and I would strongly urge any other owners to not rent to you to avoid this same issue.

Caleb was awesome and super flexible!! He delivered it to the camp for us and worked around our schedule and was very kind and polite. I am a little bit of a clean freak and my only note is that things weren’t quite as clean as I would have liked, but I had brought my own cleaning supplies and just cleaned a few things before settling in. I’m sure this is something he can get worked out with whoever cleans the camper for him though, and we would definitely rent from Caleb again. Oh and it was a week long stay so we did bring our foam topper for the mattress and I would definitely recommend that if you’re planning on staying a few nights. Overall we enjoyed the camper! The ninja was great!

Caleb went above and beyond for our trip, was easily accessible for communication when we had plan changes and any questions. The RV served our needs perfectly. Will definitely look to rent again with Caleb! Thank you!
