We had a great time using Mike and Candice’s RV. It was very spacious and well stocked. Mike gave excellent instructions and was quick to respond to questions I would send via text message. Our kids loved to travel and sleep in the RV. There were multiple TVs and outdoor games. The RV is pretty big but traveled well. I would definitely recommend Mike and his RV to friends and family. We will also likely rent from him again!

Absolutely fantastic people to rent from! We had a few mechanical hiccups but Mike was quick to reply and help trouble shoot. The RV was clean and drove very well. Spacious for a family of 11 and helped us all come together! Would rent from Mike again! They supplied a lot of food, supplies, and other Miscellaneous items. The perfect RV for a family flying into Vegas and heading on a trip to Utah. We were originally cautious due to a few reviews but after interacting with Mike and the RV, it was obvious that it was not the fault of Mike and his RV.

First off this RV is beautiful. When you walk in you feel that it just came off the showroom floor. The layout is great and the garage bedroom in the back makes packing a breeze. We were able to take all our bikes and other items which saved us a lot of money from having to rent items.

Our experience renting from Mike and Candice was excellent all the way around. They have a beautiful coach and it is well stocked with provisions. Mike was very accommodating on pickup and return time and a pleasure to deal with. After originally booking the coach, I read a couple of troubling reviews but I must say, our experience was wonderful and I will be booking their coach again in the future!

Do not rent from this scam artist!
When I picked up the vehicle he was super cool. Very relaxed and flexible. We set up a return time of 6 pm, but he said that since I am bringing it to his home and he doesn't have any reservations the following day, he is pretty flexible and I don't need to rush back.
When I returned the vehicle (8 pm) it was like he was a completely different person. Not only that, but he brought his father in law to "ambush" me and point out how I ruined the brakes on the vehicle (more on that later).
He decided that he is charging me $100 for the late return. Its in the written contract but not what he verbally told me when I picked it up.
He charged me $150 for cleaning, even though there is a "ready" fee that I paid up front. He claims that the RV was "excessively" dirty. There were like 5 dishes in the sink because I couldn't figure out the water, the bathroom sink was a little dirty, and the toilet was a little dirty, because the RV didn't have a toilet scrubber I asked for a few minutes to clean up the sink, and showed him that the dirt comes off, but he refused to let me clean it and told me to leave.
The ABS light came on during my trip and I notified him about it and I tried to lay off the brakes as much as I could, but when I got there, his father in law walked around the RV and claimed that I destroyed the brakes by driving too fast.
First of all, he never told me about the 70 MPH limit when I checked out the RV.
Secondly, brakes are a wear and tear item! Brakes go bad on occasion and need to be replaced. He is trying to have me pay for them! I didn't make any hard stops or anything that would cause the brakes to fail, and we never inspected the brakes when I picked up the RV. Who would think of inspecting the brakes?!
Lastly the AC in the master bedroom did not work. He only thought of telling me that when I was there to pick up the RV. Mind you this is and of May, beginning of June in LAS VEGAS!!! AC is pretty important. I didn't make a big deal out of it because he was friendly and apologetic, and I didn't want to be an asshole.
But I was notified by Outdoorsy that he is keeping my entire $1,500 deposit, so I will not be silent about this.

Tom read and signed the entire contract, and was completely informed of all additional charges.
Our RV is serviced and inspected on a regular basis and kept in like new condition.

This was our first time using an RV and from beginning to end our experience hiring Mike and Candice’s vehicle was exemplary. Highly recommended

I rented the RV for two days. The cost was $924. I was hit with an additional $1455 in repair costs after we returned. We broke a $10 dollar clip and one of the shades was creased. The fridge door was tricky to begin with, but we were charged to replace that as well. On top of that the battery died the last morning after barely any use. Spent the entire morning trying to get it to work so we could bring the slide outs in to drive off. Ended up having to jump the battery to get the generator to run. The owner said he would waive a non existent fee as compensation for our trouble. To make it back on time we did not fill the gas or drop the waste. We were charged fees for both and $5 a gallon for regular unleaded gas. Be warned, the prices are not what they seem. Make sure you do a thorough inspection, because you will be charged for anything, even things you didn’t do, and they will charge $175 an hour for labor. Great way to squeeze people for extra money I suppose.
Mike and’s answer
The RV was rented for 3 days and 2 nights, by Nick, his wife and 4 kids. They boon-docked in Dumont Sand Dunes during their trip, About 2 hrs from Las Vegas. The rental included 9 free generator hours, of which only 5 were used for the entire trip, causing the house batteries to go dead. At 9:30am on the last morning of their trip, I spent about 30 minutes walking the renter through the system, in order for him to bring the slide outs in, and return home. Nick and his family returned the RV at 5:00pm with the gas tank on empty, and both the black and grey tanks full from 3 days of camping. After the arrival inspection of the RV, it was noted with the renter, that the shade was not working, the fridge door was bent and not working properly and the hydraulic arm that closes the compartment bin was snapped off. All the charges the renter is speaking of are clearly shown in our listing and in the contract signed by the renter.

Few days into the trip everything stopped working. Was almost stranded due to nothing working. Worst experience.
