The trailer was in excellent shape, clean, set-up and ready for us when we arrived. Really appreciated Nicholas working with us, especially since it was storming most of the day of set-up. If camping back up in his area, will definitely try to get this trailer again.

Everything was great! Clean and owners were prompt and easy to work with. It isn’t super stocked with cookware (a couple pots but no
Skillets,) but they disclosed that in the description by saying it was stocked with the basics. I only mention it in case that is important to you so you know to bring it, but is no reflection on the quality and value of the rental. They did provide the essentials and even a Keruig and who wants to cook while on vaca anyhow-not me! Thanks for everything! We had a great trip.

Everything was okay. I was informed the hot water heater was broken the day before our trip which was the only negative thing I can really say. I understand things happen out of the control of the owner's hands but we were not offered any money back or anything which I'm a little irritated about. We were no longer getting what we paid for and should be compensated in some way for that.
