Well, the water pump worked intermittently, and we didn't have any hot water when it did run. I'm grateful to Norman for supplying the trailer for us as we did really need it for our weekend. I am most disturbed by not being able to get into the website, Outdoorsy customer service saying we could get emergency water from roadside assist-yet, roadside assist didn't offer that. Also, on the website at booking it said free delivery within 20 miles, yet I did see something about being charged $80.00 for delivery and pickup? Another nice thing would've been maybe a simple "binder" of basic operations of the trailer, like using TV , radio, fridge...
Again, I'm grateful we did have the trailer for the weekend, just don't think I'll use a service like this again as the advertised "nightly fee" was $90.00 and for two nights out total fee was $433.00 :(

I had a great experience renting this RV trailer! The host was extremely nice, easy to communicate with, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

The RV is old and dirty. 100% avoid if you are renting for your family. We only rented it for two nights and propane tank ran out on 2nd night and we ended up sleeping in freezing temps. Do not recommend it.

Outstanding rental. Norman was great and had no issues in communication or picking up and dropping off. Only issue was the city water connector leaks.
