John was awesome he responded promptly and anwsered all my questions about our first rental experience. The RV was clean comfortable and exactly what we needed for our trip I would recomend anyone wanting a great experience both with the host and the outdoorsy service to ask for John Lee.

This was our first time renting an RV. It was a three day trip. The RV was comfortable and John was very accommodating. We had a good experience and would want to rent again for a longer camping trip.

Our first time in an RV was easy and memorable thanks to John. He was very thorough during pickup, going through all the important items and very responsive during our trip when we had questions. The RV was perfect for our family of 4. All of us had a relaxing camping trip with all the conveniences of a home. Slept SO well. Might never go back to tent camping after this.

John was very nice and responsive to questions during the trip. Better explanation of how systems work and troubleshooting solutions would be helpful.

John's the man. He is quick to respond, and walked us through operating the RV. It was my first time driving an RV, so I had a few questions. He even provided a YouTube link for how the RV works. Real helpful. Would definitely rent from him again. A tip: this RV requires an app to connect so do that before you actually drive it.

Our rental from John went well. John sent a link to a video describing the operation of his RV from the manufacturer, but he still took the time to review the major functions when we arrived to pick it up for our trip. The RV itself is fairly easy to drive, and it was cleaned well before we arrived. Thank you John for making our trip to Joshua Tree a great experience!

John was great, let me pick up the RV a night early so I could leave for my trip early in the morning. Really nice new and clean RV. Dry camped in Joshua tree and everything worked great, has a generator when you need it. Highly recommend and I’d use this RV again.
