The broken staircase was communicated to us once on the day of picking up the RV. There is a cleaning fee and a cancellation fee. The owners were un happy that we brought up these concerns and are now bringing up “damages” that were not addressed when we returned the RV. There is still a back and forth that keeps happening even after returning. There have been several circumstances where I had to ask her to stop being rude to me when she wasn’t understanding what I was communicating. There is a huge lack of costumer service and don’t recommend this experience to anyone.
