Santiago was great. Communicated with us when we had questions while we were camping. The RV was spacious. I suggested adding some items to make it easier for people who are renting like a floor mat or more cleaning supplies.

It was a great experience! My first time renting a toy box and Santiago was great. Explained everything very well and communicated great throughout the whole experience. Trailer was great, perfect for our family of 5. Easily towed to our destination and setup was very easy with all the automatic setups of levelers, awning, refrigerator and solar.
