Folks, this is really simple… Yes Merced’s didn’t reset check engine light and we verified before customer left. We apologize for this issue. Second Merced’s was contacted to come out to see their issue but the customer never provided us their location. Third damage this is where we draw the line everyone wants a nice coach to rent & this customer scratched the dinning table appears a pet did it & scratches on our wall paper & broke the air vent. Pre/post pictures provide to outdoorsy as their is a process in place that must be followed & this customer denies even due process by a disinterested third party to review & resolve. Yes their deposit is on hold by outdoorsy until conclusion of this damage claim. We will never rent and my fellow coach owners have added this customer to our do not rent list.
