Brian is very nice. However, we were notified apon pick up that the generator is broken, which powers the AC. There was a hole in the wheel fender, which blew hot air into the cabin space.... So i had to drive 10 hours in 100°+ weather with two small children and a dog who I thought was going to die. No AC. The RV about set on fire 1 hour into the trip (due to an over fill of oil). Luckily i had a few decently experienced guys with me to figure the problem out. Apparently after an hour on the side on the road, we were back at it. Long story short, WE fixed the generator (which needed a new spark plug, oil change due to the flooding) also fixed various other things. Got home in one piece. To compensate for the generator not being in use, we were not charged the extra mileage over 100 a day. Which saved us 200$ total. We were not compensated for fixing the generator or repairing damage.

Bryan saved us last minute when our previous rental fell through. He was easy to communicate with, helpful, and made quick accommodations for our family trip.

Bryan was an excellent host! He was easy to work with and very accommodating. The RV was in excellent shape and was perfect for our family of 5. We will be renting again!
