The RV was just as promised. It was delivered to our site and setup up before we arrived so all we had to do was walk in and unpack They made it a very easy experience. The RV and linens were clean and they even included a few extras to make it feel like home. I would recommend and will definitely rent from LetoRV again,

Thanh was VERY helpful and communicated well with us! We rented 2 bicycles too and just loved riding them around the Key West area! We pointed out a couple mechanical issues (valve over filled into fresh water tank instead using city water and the A/C didn't work on Generator- possibly just a blown fuse). I'm sure these issues will be fixed 😀

Great RV to rent for a small trip no problems given and great communication with the giver. Thanks and plan on renting again soon.

The RV was great! the owner spared no detail. We replaced whatever disposables we used and added some utensils. The linens and towels were very nice and clean. The owner was very nice at pick up and helpful throughout the trip when needed. Only thing I strongly suggest that you take video and photos of the pick up and drop off inspections.

This was a beautiful rig which my family of five enjoyed for a week. Pictures are very accurate, and responsiveness was great. As a first time RV experience for us, I had quite a few questions the first day or two, but Roland always responded immediately and patiently worked through my questions. This rig does NOT have a bike rack, even though bike rentals were mentioned in the ad, but I asked Roland to install one before our next rental as we would book this rig again....

I had a great experience renting this trailer. TL was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The trailer was fully stocked with everything we needed. I will definitely rent from him again!

Beautiful camper, jut like the pictures. From day #1 TL was very communicative and responsive. We have a family of 6 and this camper was perfect for us. We just went to the Keys this weekend and it was possible that we had to cancel due to hurricane Dorian. When I explained this to TL, he was very understanding and accommodating. To the point that he was concern for our safety and even offered us to stay a few more days at no charge in order for us to avoid the impact of the Hurricane in Orlando, FL. I recommend renting form TL 100% and we are already planning our next trip.
