The tub, fridge, sink wasn't cleaned out when we got it. Other than that the rest was great.

Elaine was very helpful. First time renting a camper and had everything we need.

We rented two campers for the families on this trip. While this camper was sufficient, it was not comparable to the other camper in terms of experience. The bathroom included a sign to not use paper or #2 in the camper and was not hooked up for full service (we paid for delivery and set up) - which renting a camper with a bathroom for a family of 5 was the point to spend the money on a camper of this size and paying for a campsite with full hookup.

Elaine was great to work with and everything worked perfectly. We really enjoyed our time and hope to have our own RV one day!

The trailer was dropped off clean as can be. Thought was even put into where the awning would cover the concrete pad. All bedding for the camper was clean and ready to be put on the beds. The air conditioner kept the trailer cool with whole week of upper 80s and low 90s. Elaine’s communication was great. She answered all questions quickly. When they picked it up it was an efficient transfer with great conversation. I will be reaching out to Elaine on my next trip to East Tennessee!!

Elaine was wonderful and the camper was very nice. She did a great job going over how everything worked on the camper. I was comfortable and clean when we used it. It was well equipped with more than we needed. My grandkids thought it was every bit as nice as a hotel. Next years reunion is in Indiana, but I am sure we will return to Tennessee in the future and look forward to working with Elaine again.
My only complaint was with Outdoorsy and it was perhaps a misunderstanding as I thought the Reservation Deposit $227.80 would be applied to the Rental amount. The $127.00 per night advertised price was actually $182.20 per night.
