I have waited a few days since my return to write this review, because I hate writing a negative review of anyone or anything and I also needed time to cool down. But, people like me who read reviews before renting depend on honest reviews, so here goes. Ashley was easy to work with and accessible via text. We had generator issues beginning the first night we rented (when we were at home to pack the RV) and my husband worked over 4 hours that evening trying to get it resolved. After a couple of calls, Ashley did offer to cancel our reservations and refund our money, but we had already determined that everything worked once the RV was plugged into electricity (during the 4 hours I mentioned), and we had electricity at our campsite. This mechanical issue is not Ashley's fault, as things can go wrong at any point with a vehicle. I just want to point out that because of that, I didn't get to load the RV until the next morning, by which time I already had 2 granddaughters who wouldn't come out of it, they were so excited. I noticed that there were some cleanliness issues, but just wanted to get loaded and on our way. Well, the RV badly needed to be washed, the windows inside were filthy (windshield and driver/passenger windows) and the inside of the RV was beyond dirty-it was filthy. I spent 2 hours cleaning once we got to our site and only really cleaned the kitchen itself and the bathroom and mopped. It could have used several moppings, but my husband put his foot down and said "no more cleaning! We'll just live with it like it is." Surfaces were dirty and sticky, the floor was absolutely grimy, we found gummy vitamins (or something like that) on the floors and I found a tourniquet when I was cleaning (if there's something that looks like a tourniquet that is supposed to be in a camper under the sink, ok, but as a nurse, I know a tourniquet when I see one). The toilet was gross. The greywater and blackwater tanks were half full when we took possession and the gas tank was also (only) half full. We were 4 campers, 3 of whom were female, so the tanks filled up quite quickly and we had to break camp the first full day there and my husband had to empty those gross tanks (he is a saint). The fresh water tank was empty (husband filled it at the campsite, which had access to fresh water). Maybe I'm overly picky, but if I knew I was renting out my vehicle over a month in advance, I'm sure I would have seen to it that it was clean, all "gross" tanks emptied, the fresh water tank filled and that it had a full tank of gas before I rented it. I'm beyond disappointed in my experience with Outdoorsy. Not sure I'll be renting an RV through them again.

Ashley was great to deal with, but RV was less than expected. Had significant plumbing problems, that did not allow us to use restroom or water. Wished this was known at time of rental.

RV was great. You will not find a nicer couple to rent from. We had a great time in "Bessie"! Highly recommended.

From start to finish we had a 5 star experience renting from Ashley and we absolutely loved "Bessie"! We were provided a very detailed walk-thru when we met to pick Bessie up, from where to find everything, how it worked, the does and dont's and were even offered a driving lesson. I passed on the driving lesson even though I have never driven an RV but have driven a large Uhaul, I can definitely say Bessie drives a whole lot easier than a Uhaul, no issues at all! The beds were all comfy, my kids loved the bunk beds and overhead loft sleeping areas, we never used the shower but everything else was excellent from the fridge to the AC!!!!! Ahhhhhh, the AC, awesome. We rented Bessie for a weekend long wedding out on a farm here in Knoxville and we were the envy of the camping area, especially since it was unseasonably hot and we had the coolest AC around! We kept the air set at about 72-75 and it honestly felt much cooler due to the large number of vents inside which other RV's there did not have, some only had 2-3 and Bessie had 6-8, I cant remember exactly but anywhere you sat you had cool air blowing on you....there was even one just for the bathroom!
