From start to finish, this was the best RV rental experience we've had. Sue and John communicated with us regularly and answered all our questions quickly. The trailer was even better in person than in pictures. It was very clean, well-stocked, roomy, and we loved having the open kitchen/living area during the rainy times on our trip. The bed was the most comfortable trailer bed we've slept in. We paid to have the trailer picked up and delivered to our campsite since we were traveling far from the area, and John & Sue were on-time and accommodated our schedule. Do not hesitate to book this trailer; you won't be disappointed.

"The Freedom" was a perfect fit for our family. JS Jackson was a great host, very friendly and accommodating. We had the travel trailer delivered to our campground and it was ready for us to live in for a week in the mountains! When it was time for us to go home, we packed up and that was it. They came and picked the trailer up and we drove down the road! Highly recommend both the RV and the host!

Owners were responsive. Unit was in good condition. We did have one issue with the unit, the owners came out and rectified it. Would rent from them again.

This trailer is kept in such great condition. The host were amazing to work with and had everything and anything we would ever need to enjoy our trip. They were so accommodating and communicated so well from the moment we booked until we finished. I would highly recommend this rental and hope we can do it again next year!

John & Sue dropped everything to help our family out after the first owner with an RV that we reserved didn't deliver. Everett of your company worked really hard to take care of us.
