The pigtail was damaged at pickup, so we had no running lights. The trailer brakes didn't work. Kitchen sink had a crack in the faucet, so we couldn't use it. There were ants that came out later from under the couch. The house for dumping wasn't long enough to reach drain at the site. The door for the bedroom doesn't stay on its track. Front outlets by the sink didn't work. Roof vent wouldn't open and did not work. Some lights worked, others didn't. Overall, I'll never rent from this host again

We refunded renter for the unfortunate faucet crack and pigtail damage, unfortunately they happen on travel trailers. The trailer brakes work fine, they were tested before and after trip. Sometimes your brake controller can cause issues. The dump hose not being long enough, means you need to move closer to the dump site as I explained. It is standard rv length. Everything else has been tested and everything essential to camper function works great! We cannot control campsite issues, but we work hard to make sure our camper runs safely! We accommodated everything we possibly could for your trip, and again we're sorry the faucet cracked while you rented and the pigtail had damage. They have since been replaced.

I went out of my way to make Jessica's trip as comfortable as possible- added a toddler bed rail, toddler chair, and accommodated her late arrival and lack of communication about it. I also sent her, her forgotten formula right away. We have very clearly marked that if we have to dump tanks, there is a charge, after I charged her, she then put down my family's camper and argued all night about said charge. They also didn't respond to my messages about when they'd be dropping before they were here, and dropped in the neighbor's yard, along with other issues. This is our family's camper, we are not a business, and felt we were treated very unfairly. Yes, our camper is older, it is very clearly described on the listing. I was also never thanked for still sending the formula after everything that transpired.

Pros: Amanda was great- responsive and went out of her way to provide some things for our daughter to enhance her stay and worked with us to get something of importance back that I accidentally left in the trailer. She was very responsive and helpful- I fully trust if host support is an importance factor for you Amanda will win you over. The layout is really good as well as there is good privacy from the bedroom. We are a family of four and the flow was the best it could be for a trailer this size.

The Rv was perfect for us and our golden fur babies. The process was so easy , and the Rv was stocked and very clean. I would recommend this rental and use again if in the Nashville area.
