5 Stars!!! The owners were wonderful from beginning to end. First time renting an RV, my husband first time driving. The owners gave a tutorial and when we arrived at camp and had questions, owners answered the phone and helped promptly. Great Experience all around.

We have rented several RVs from Outdoorsy and this one has been the best. The renters were extremely nice and went out of their way to make our experience the best possible. From walking us through how to operate all the components, to ensuring we felt comfortable driving it, to providing all we needed for towels, soap, outdoor chairs, hangers, and cookware for the week. They even provided us a little snack basket and waters!

It was our first time renting an RV and we were nervous about the whole thing. However, Dennis and Becky were such great hosts that all our fears were allayed. Once we made the reservation, Dennis was constantly in touch with us, guiding us through the process. He asked us our plans and even made suggestions allowing us to take the vehicle a little ahead of time free of charge so we could get to our destination on time before it got too late. On the day of renting the RV, Dennis and Becky were both there and spent almost an hour explaining the various operations of the vehicle and going through a well thought out list of things to talk about. They even went with us on a test drive, through left and right turns, city roads and also through a neighborhood so we felt comfortable with everything. They also provided us with a well documented list of things to do when we reach the campground and also what to check just before leaving.
