Daniel bent over backwards to accomodate us. We were 5 hours late to pickup his RV and 3 hours late to return his very fine unit. This Man (and his wife) kept smiling, never said a negative word, then helped me load and then unload my heavy Harley motorcycle from my truck. The high level of patience and quick thinking from them was simply astonishing! (i would have told me to go F myself). Amazing level of customer service.

From booking to return, the service and communication was excellent. The RV itself was fantastic and clean, and every question we asked was promptly answered. Everything functioned as advertised and there were some extra amenities thrown in that we didn't expect so that was a nice surprise. We had a great time and Daniel's hard work made it even better.

Overall experience was great. Enjoyed celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. The outdoorsy people were great. We had to change our campsite due to hurricane damage, they helped us locate a new site. I would suggest the owner put in the listing that chairs and a table come with RV. Also suggest they label switch that operates the refrigerator.

We got both locked out and locked in on 2 different days because of the lock on the door. We had to take the lock off the door to get out. Heard nothing from the owner when I reached out. Cost us $180 for a locksmith to get us in.

We had an awesome family 2 week vacation rental!! Daniel, the owner of the RV was very punctual and friendly… he explained and walked us through everything we needed to know to enjoy the RV to the fullest!!! We would definitely go with him again.

There was an issue with the LP gas sensor alarm. We turned the LP tanks off which stopped the sensor/detector from going off. We were unable to use the stoves. Daniel did offer to bring a table top flat top grill, we declined.
Other than that it was a good experience. We were pleased with the delivery and setup couldn't have been better.
