Everything was great. Any issues were handled by Derrick either by phone or returning to the site and taking care of the small issues we had. He has been the best renter I've worked with so far and I've used quite a few. I would highly recommend his camper and his service. Great guy to work with. He also furnished us the best weather we've had at Bristol in a long time and the best racing also.

GREAT experience with the Lail family’s RV. We had a small issue that I was fine with leaving be as it wouldn’t have seriously impacted our trip but Derrick would have none of that. He was at our campground before I knew it. If you’ve spent any time in an RV you know that things can go haywire from time to time, that’s just baked into the cake with these things, even a brand new one! This was our first time renting a camper but having an owner that was at the ready to take care of any issue really sold me on the concept. Couldn’t recommend renting from Derrick more highly.

For first time RV campers, this trailer blew away our expectations. We were camping with two young children and the trip would not have been possible without this set up. Derrick was very easy to work with and a great host. We didn’t expect it, but the trailer had anything we could have needed for our 4 night trip. Delivery was fantastic and the only way we could have done it. Thanks for everything!

Truly the best experience for the first time EVER doing an RV rental for camping. The RV was extremely nice, extremely clean. We had a few questions for Derrick and he answered and helped us immediately. He was extremely helpful. I will certainly rent from him again. Our kids enjoyed their time so much. Thank you for such an amazing trip and providing everything for us. He had the camper set up ready to go when we got there. He had the camper set up how we wanted and it was perfect. We wanted our view to be of the woods, and not our neighbors - he made it happen. We could have never of pulled it off like he did. When we left, he was so helpful in assisting us in questions we had. Seriously the best experience ever! Camper was BEAUTIFUL. Thank you, Derrick!

Awesome RV!!! Derrick was available 24-7 if we had any questions. It was our first time renting an RV and couldn’t have had a better experience all around.

We had a fantastic trip across the country in Derrick’s motorhome! He was always available to answer any questions we had or address any issues along the way!

Derrick, the RV owner, was PHENOMENAL to work with with through the trip. He was easy to work with and very hospitable and accommodating, as well as, very responsive from a communication perspective.

The only challenge that we faced occurred 2 or 3 weeks prior to our trip date where the initial 5th wheel unit that I reserved went into the shop for damage and wasn’t available for use during our trip. As a result, Derrick had to sub out an older, more worn 5th wheel unit to accommodate our trip date. My family and I made it work and still enjoyed our trip.

All in all, Derrick is a phenomenal RV owner to work with and I’d use him for future RV trips once his primary unit is available for rent.

I knew nothing about an RV, but always wanted to try one out. We took Derrick's rig for a family gathering. He brought it in, set it up, connected and water and electricity. I had several questions and situations pop up due to my ignorance with the RV and Derrick was amazing. He provided quick answers and offered to drive immediately to our rescue. Luckily, his explanation was so simple and easy to follow it was quickly cleared up. I never knew an RV would offer this level of comfort and privacy. The TV did well receiving local channels, but I connected an extra chromecast I had in my car. It was just like sitting at home. I highly recommend Derrick. He provided an amazing RV and it made for the most enjoyable week ever. If you are thinking about renting an RV, go for it! Beats an Airbnb :-)
