There are a few things that aren't working when I picked it up. The jacks on the right side aren't going down. The crank itself is falling apart when I use it. The owner doesn't have a sewage hose adapter to hook it up to the sewage pipe at the campsite. She doesn't respond to messages usually, and when she does, she is quick in blaming me for not knowing her RV inside out.

Beautiful and cozy RV! Everything went smooth from the renting to picking it up, our stay in the RV and returning it! Very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Actually, better! Would definitely rent this one again! Thank you!

I have a short trip with RV at Padre island, the island is great but I am not happy with the rental.
- Owner did not show up at pickup, so I have to hoop up by myself. As a beginner for RV so I was expecting some walk through since each RV is different.
- The ball coupler on the RV was missing the lock, I was not sure if it was safe so have to find a wire to lock it as temp solution and safe pin is broken as well.
- The general condition of the RV is OK as 2021, it is big enough for my family, the facilities was working but the mattress looks like 2011 one.
- There is no lighter for the stove so have to borrow it from neighbor.
- I did not figure out how the hot water on RV works until the second day, it was pretty tricky to me.
- I have cleaned the RV with napkin before return but I did not have tool to clean the sand on the floor.
- I was impression that rental RV is the same as hotel, but after calling the custom service of outdoorsy, I found out page 8, section 11 of the rental contract says I need to return RV the same condition at pickup, owner did mention the sand on the floor but did not mention there would be claim for it and later on claim the cleaning fee($60) just for the sand on the floor, if mentioned, I would probably use a t-shirt to mop the floor it just take a minute.
- RV is parked at home address, not storage, so the parking when return was Very Very challenge to me as beginner considering the street width, curbs and traffic.

Great first time for me and my wife. It started rough initially but that was my fault for not reading all the way through. Owner was very helpful all the way through. Highly recommend

The trailer was a great size for our group of 6 and our pup. For an additional fee, the owner helped us tow to the beach since there was something wrong with our connection. We really appreciated the help and we had an awesome stay at nearby Mustang Island. Thanks again!

Everything was awesome. I had my rental delivered and set up by the time I arrived the RV park! It was also picked up at the time of check out! I highly recommend it. It was a perfect little camper for our family of 5! Thank you Bixie!

I was in very good condition and everything work in my family had a blast. I would definitely rent that unit again
