horrible experience. trailer outside was dirty when i picked it up. he could not get it out of the alley. i had to pull out my jack to help pull it out if i had not had thjat with me he would not have been able to pull it out for me it was a struggle. generator didn't work, water heater didn't work. horrible experience overall
