Communication with the owner was poor taking at times 5 attempts to get in contact with him. i was told that the keys would be in the unit (he was delivering it) and when we arrived the door was locked. I tried texting the owner through outdoorsy no answer, Called Outdoorsy customer support and was told I would have to call a keysmith to come and unlock the unit at my cost.I said are you kidding getting the keys to the unit is not included in the deal, the owner finally answered and told me where he left the key, then there was no power he failed to tell us that we would need to buy an adapter for the power cord. When we had power and got in it was so unleveled the refridge door would not stay open. The toilet valve would occassionally stick letting the toilet water run, thank god we caught it in time and wiggled the lever and it reset itself. The unit was nice while it was much more worn than the pictures made it appear.
