My experience with Shon was excellent. Drop off and pick up went well. His instructions and support were very good.
My experience with Outdoorsy was less so. I found you site unclear on how the "dates" work. I first thought I had reserved 4 nights, only to find out I had reserved only 3. Later, I had move my reservation one week. Your phone rep seemed somewhat unfamiliar with your system and it it took me a while to get him to understand my request. He did get the reservation changed, but when I reviewed it later I found the delivery/pick up had been dropped and I had to have it put back on.
To summarize: Shon and trailer, great . . Outdoorsy, not so much.
