Arlene was the best host I’ve ever encountered! Upon arrival, she was outside waiting for us, we did a thorough walkthrough of the RV, Arlene was very honest and pointed out the damages on the RV we didn’t even see. The day before the return, we asked for extra time on the RV, Arlene was able to make accommodations with us, when we had questions, Arlene always responded promptly. We drove from Calgary -> Banff -> Jasper and back, had no issue with Midge, everything worked properly and the beds were comfy. Highly recommend Arlene and her RVs!

Great experience! Very efficient with communication and helpful. We aren’t from the same province so Arlene was very helpful with suggestions. Kind and courteous. Unit was clean and everything was explained well. I would highly recommend. We picked up the RV in Calgary and drove to Banff, then jasper, back to Banff and then back to Calgary. Such a fun experience and Arlene was super helpful and kind.

Arlene was an excellent host and was able to accommodate a last minute trip request. She communicates effectively and her instructions on how to work the amenities were clear. The motorhome was comfortable and was great on the highway (to the Shuswap and back). We'd definitely rent again.

Arlene is the perfect host! She was extremely helpful and accommodating with all of our requests. By mistake, our group left behind some pet hair that transferred over from blankets that we brought from home. We were not charged extra, even though Arlene had to steam clean the upholstery! Had an amazing trip and Midge was the perfect companion

The RV was as described. It would have been helpful in the description to list some more details like has toilet paper, numerous utensils for cooking, has cleaning products. We brought a lot of this stuff as we assumed the RV didn't have these things.

Arlene and her RV, Marge, helped my family create one of the best memories we will share together. Traveling through Canadas National Parks was a bucket list camping trip for us.

This was our families first time using an RV and Midge was excellent! The first night we were having some battery issues which would have affected the heating at night. Arlene was a great host and drove down to our campsite late at night to replace the battery so we were able to sleep with comfort and enjoy the rest of our trip. The duvets provided were so warm and perfect for our stay in the mountains. It did get really chilly at night, so it was appreciated. The RV was clean and everything worked well for our family. My only suggestion would be for an improved check out process, such as a locked drop off box. Overall I highly recommend this Rv with Arlene as a host.

Owner was prompt with all communications and very friendly to deal with. Marge definitely shows her age, but did the job for us. Things to bring (that are not in the RV currently, but I suggested to the owner)... garbage can and bags, paper towels, tea towels. coffee maker. (there is a coffee press- but the kettle didn't work well). A stool was provided to us by the owner, as I am 5'2" with a recent knee replacement. The bed is quite high, so the stool helped me a great deal to get up into it! Also, the layout of the RV has the toilet seat very high, so we all used it for the toilet also. The bed was very comfortable. I am rating the overall experience as Okay instead of Good because of the smell from the black tank (started after the 2nd day). Hopefully the owner will replace the seal and provide more tabs for it to improve this.
