This was our first time using Outdoorsy and a camper trailer so it's all new. We were a little skeptical at first of a pop up camper but our first contact with Richard eased our concerns. We needed room for 5-7 people, adults and kids. I wasn't going to do it without a/c. Camper had both and we were popular in 94 degree heat.
Picking up the trailer was a breeze. Richard and his wife gave an excellent tutorial on set up and operation of the unit. Everything we would need was in the camper such as tools, cooking supplies and utensils.
Returning was just as easy. We didn't have any issues at all during our 3 night rental but Richard and his wife told us we could contact him at any time if there were any issues.
So our first time camping with a trailer was a breeze thanks to Richard and Outdoorsy. I asked my son who was with us if he'd ever camp with just a tent again and there was a definite NO!

Richard was great to rent from! I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them within minutes. The camper was clean and everything worked wonderfully. The air was something we all enjoyed when taking a quick break inside. Will definitely rent this again.

This camper was perfect for what we looking for. It was in very good condition and was very roomy. Richard was extremely easy to work with.
