Would never rent from this guy! Was super nice when messaging back and forth and said the dates were good to go so I booked it and paid in full. Got a message from outdoorsy saying trip was canceled by owner 2 days after it was paid in full. Sent Eric a message and asked what happened and he has not responded back. Pretty bad business if you ask me.
