We rented Shawn's RV for a little over a week to take our large family on a vacation. We were RV rookies, and Shawn and Veronica held our hands at every step along the way. I cannot say enough positive things about them -- from the meet & greet with orientation, to a first-night-hookup-panic/learning-call, to responsiveness, to flexibility on the drop-off, we cannot imagine better, more helpful and understanding owners. If I could give them ten stars, I would! The RV itself is in brand-new condition. Everything worked beautifully, just as they explained. They also had a great binder with helpful information in the RV. One thing we didn't know about, but really appreciated, were some of the safety features, beyond the backup camera -- for example, the lane-change cameras, and also the downhill engine-slow-down-assist (I made that term up -- basically, it seemed like the engine geared down to lower gears to help control the speed going downhill, which is VERY helpful in the mountains of MT and WY). Beds were all very comfortable with nice linens and towels provided. Finally, the RV is extremely well equipped, from kitchen to grill to camping table to linens to towels to pillows. We had such a great time with our family. We slept 8 comfortably (3 adults and 5 kids), and the bunk beds were essential to make the RV work with our Swedish au pair. We went without screens for all but two hours of a 2,200 mile round-trip experience. (For those with teens and tweens, you can appreciate how miraculous that was!) We had a lot of un-rushed time together, playing games and working puzzles, making s'mores, and just being out in nature together. We would not have had the same experience in hotels as we had on this trip.Bottom line - Shawn and Veronica are amazing, and this coach is a gem. We are extremely likely to rent from them again (if they'll have us!) and cannot recommend them more positively and enthusiastically. You cannot go wrong with these owners or this RV. Thank you, Shawn and Veronica!
