Francesca was a pleasure to work with. The RV is as advertised. We had some minor inconveniences from trouble with the generator and oven. The DVD player can only start or stop, no rewind or fast forward, so it's of limited utility.

The RV was perfect for our two week trip across Florida. Our experience with Francesca was excellent: everything was explained well and the RV was clean and ready to roll.
