Overall, our experience with the RV was good once everything was in place. However, there were some misses out of the gate that were tough (late delivery, missing items, etc.). Stuff happens, so we rolled with it, but we would have appreciated a bit more ownership and concern from the team navigating it given the gaps.

I definitely understand your frustration over the delivery. Festivals are a very difficult puzzle. It is so hard to know how long it's going to take to get in the gate. There are also complications with campsites. We had one delivery where their spots was completely occupied by tense and we had to wait for security to get get everybody to move. We had another Renter that didn't understand the difficulties of being in dry camping and basically wandering aimlessly trying to find a place to park, we also had another spot that the power wasn't working properly at their electric pole. With many festivals, we also pick up people from the airport, that at times puts wrenches in a plan when flights are late. We do our best to accommodate, adapt, and serve each guest to the best of our ability.

we had a last-minute substitution for a very nice trailer with a great design for a group of 4. Pickup and dropoff were very smooth.

Erika was amazing to rent from! She made the experience easy and smooth from beginning to end. She provided very clear instructions for using the rental and was extremely communicative when I experienced one slight hiccup during the time of my trip. I felt well taken care of, but also like I had the ease of feeling independence with her rental process. I will absolutely consider renting from her again for the same event next year!

Erika and Roy took exceptional care of us first time RV renters. They remained available for any random situation that we needed a reminder about and to assist with a breaker we threw. Lol. We will 100% berenting from them again. Thank you!!!

Super spacious, was sufficient for our party of 5. Jolly had smooth suspension and drove like a dream. Extremely comfy captains chairs, sofa cushions, and king bed mattress topper. The full sized fridge was a massive boon, everyone was able to bring the food they wanted to have for the entire weekend without having to buy more. Shower skylight is a nice touch. We enjoyed the multiple undercarriage storage compartments, which helped keep the festival dust off our belongings that we weren’t using.

The RV was perfect for myself and some friends to stay in for the weekend. Erika was super nice and responsive and the experience went seamlessly. Highly recommend!

Ericka was available and communicated well. The RV was NOT what we expected!! This RV has been smoked in!!! Other potential renters should be aware. It made a couple of us not even want to be inside the RV that we paid $1,200 to rent. That was really disappointing and really negatively affected the whole weekend. Apparently it was smoked in over a year ago but they were not able to get the smell out (this is probably in Outdoorsy’s records as well). Other than that, the RV has some wear & tear but was in decent shape. Mechanically it was sound. I wish I had known it had been smoked in - no way I would have selected this RV had I known. I feel that since the owners & Ericka (she is the manager) knew it was smoked in (that’s how we found out it happened a year ago) it should have been disclosed.

The family and I enjoyed our trip in the travel trailer. Erika was very friendly and prompt with her responses. All appliances and bathroom needs worked great. We will consider her again for future rentals.

Absolutely great experience! Hosts were very communicative and had great energy. They were super helpful and patient with us as well. The camper van had all the basics and was given to us nice and clean. The bed was super comfy and the stove and microwave worked great! Would love to book with them again and our dogs enjoyed their stay as well :)

Every thing was set up ready to go just like if we were checking in to a hotel room.
Erika was very kind and helpful with any thing we needed. She made our first camping experience great. We look forward to more camping trips in the future!
