Rose was very flexible and has great instructions step by step. The trailer was a little older but very dependable and had everything needed for a great weekend trip.

This was my first rv experience so I was nervous about everything ! A borrowed half ton pickup and a first time pulling a rented rv. Needless to say, I had my concerns. The first 60 miles were scary because the sway bars were not tensioned enough so the truck wandered being to heavy in the rear. After consulting an expert rv'er we set more tension on the sway bars and continued our 500 mile. Once we arrived at our destination we found everything in the rv worked fine and we had a Great time using it at the coast.
Dealing with Rose was great she showed us how everything worked and how it all hooked up. Will I do it again, the answer is a BIG YES!

Trailer was aged but in decent shape. Need to provide water/sewer wash down hose and some gloves. Owner was very flexible with pickup and drop off times. It was nice to be able to find trailer on short notice.
