Jose's trailer is pretty much brand new, and it came with everything you might need. There was a fully stocked kitchen, towels, bedding and linens. He even provided a toolbox along with all the things you might need to get it set up at an RV site, like leveling blocks, a drill for the leveling jacks, water filter for the main water line etc.
Jose was responsive quickly most of the time and super flexible with pick-up and drop-off times.
Now to the not so pleasant parts of the experience. We had an issue with the water heater, and Jose got us connected with a service technician over the phone. The issue couldn't be fixed so we were without hot water for the entire trip. Jose offered us a partial refund due to the inconvenience. However, after we returned the trailer I reached out to him again both via text and call, and I've never heard back from him again. Needless to say, there was never any partial refund issued.
I'm not sure I would rent from Jose again.
